Professor Arduengo would take out us on the weekend to neat spots such as Kloster Eberbach (an old monastery turned vineyard), the Liebig museum, and various towns/castles. Although the Kloster Eberbach was fascinating regarding its architecture and all the old church memorabilia, I think the Liebig museum was my favorite place he took us to. I really enjoyed walking through the museum and seeing the evolution of chemistry labs. .
